Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement supplements the Terms of Service and applies whenever you operate a channel on Vidiyo.

1. Channel ownership

You retain ownership of your channel and the content you publish. You grant Vidiyo the licence described in §4 of the Terms of Service so we can run the Service.

2. Revenue share

Vidiyo pays creators 70% of net ad revenue attributed to your channel via our server-side ad insertion. "Net" means gross ad revenue less third-party ad-server fees, payment processing fees, refunds, and any taxes withheld at source.

3. Payouts

Payouts are made monthly via Stripe Connect once your balance exceeds US$50. Earnings below the minimum roll forward. You are responsible for completing identity, banking, and tax forms before any payout can be made.

4. Content standards

You agree that the content on your channel: (a) does not infringe third-party rights, (b) is not unlawful, (c) is not deceptive or misleading to advertisers, (d) complies with our community guidelines.

5. Demonetisation and chargebacks

We may demonetise specific videos, ad breaks, or your channel at our discretion if we determine the content is unsafe for advertisers, is invalid traffic, or constitutes a chargeback risk.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this Creator Agreement at any time. On termination we stop monetising the channel and pay any earned, undisputed revenue per the regular payout schedule.

7. Confidentiality

Earnings reports and platform analytics are confidential. You may not share Vidiyo-supplied financial reports publicly without prior written consent.

8. Independent contractor

Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and Vidiyo.
